Usability is the basic requirement of design. The more usable your digital content is, the easier it is to gain a wider audience. I have experience with user experience from start to finish. Additionally, I am UX Certified with the Nielsen Norman Group and have taken courses to further extend my knowledge of user interface design and usability testing.
